Since 1993, Mark Matteson has been assisting organizations to improve morale, productivity and performance.  Our clients include corporate giants like t-mobile, Conoco-Phillips, Honda, AFLAC, JCI-York, and Honeywell.  We also work entrepreneurial and award winning companies like TD Industries, Black & McDonald, Hyster, and Ray’s Boathouse.  In the public sector our clients includes such diverse organizations as Northwest Natural Gas, The University of Louisville Men’s Soccer Team, Washington State Department of Health & Social Services.

Mark is in great demand internationally as an “Edutaining” Keynote Speaker, Engaging Facilitator of Process and System Improvement and Consulting.  Our work is always collaborative with the focus being long lasting transfer of skills to the client. Our consulting engagements are usually completed within one to six months. We work against specific objectives with clearly-established outcomes and timing, contributing to client business goals.
We believe that improved performance requires investment in people and systems.  Most organizations don’t need more or new information, rather a better use of what they already know and have in human assets terms.

Mark is author of three books and four e-books, including the International Best Seller, Freedom from Fear; it has been translated into Japanese.
